In certain cases, due to high demand (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.) or logistical issues, shipping may take 2-3 weeks.
Please Note
- If the customer provides an incorrect address and notifies us only after the order has been processed, and the package cannot be delivered due to the incorrect address, there will be no refund. Further shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.
- Blessed Silk is not responsible for any damage to the products during shipment and therefore will not offer a refund in such cases.

- If the customer cannot be contacted at the time of delivery, a notification will be sent via PO Box. If the package is not collected within 15 days, it will be returned to the factory, and no refund will be provided.
- Once the package has been shipped, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address. Blessed Silk does not have the authority to alter the delivery address after the order has left the warehouse, and the customer will be responsible for the loss of the package due to providing an incorrect address, moving, etc.
Blessed Silk is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or tariffs that may be applied to the shipment, nor for any fees that customs may apply. The buyer is responsible for providing the necessary value to customs without the possibility of a refund.
